Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. You will support the full recruitment cycle and help with HR operations. This is a positive role for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and help create and post job descriptions on job portals,



social media and other channels
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates, keep them updated, and maintain a positive candidate experience
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Support employee engagement activities and events
- Assist the HR function with policies, compliance and other tasks as needed

Good to Have

- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Keka Hire or other applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Working knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed
- Good experience in Excel (for experienced candidates), such as formulas, filters, maintaining trackers and reports

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
