Job Summary

We are looking for a Tableau Developer / BI Support Analyst to join our in-house team and take ownership of Tableau dashboard development, enhancement, maintenance, and day-to-day support. You will work closely with business users and the analytics team to understand reporting requirements, develop dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Modify and enhance existing dashboards based on business requirements.
- Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, actions, sets, and LOD expressions.
- Connect Tableau with multiple data sources and support data preparation.
- Provide day-to-day support for existing Tableau dashboards.
- Troubleshoot data, refresh, performance, access, and visualization issues.
- Monitor scheduled refreshes and ensure dashboard availability.
- Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Work with databases such as SAP HANA, SAP B1, Oracle, and SQL.
- Validate data accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with business users and the BI/analytics team to deliver reporting solutions.
- Maintain dashboard, data source, and reporting documentation.

Requirements

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development or BI reporting.




- Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Good knowledge of Tableau calculated fields, LODs, parameters, filters, actions, and sets.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with databases.
- Understanding of SAP data structures, particularly SAP HANA / SAP B1, is preferred.
- Experience in dashboard troubleshooting, data validation, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

- Tableau Server/Cloud administration and user/access management.
- Tableau extracts, refresh schedules, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Excel and other BI tools.
- Exposure to Power BI, Python, ETL, or data warehousing.
