- The candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical support to stakeholders, and proactively contribute to the evolution of the organizations BI architecture.

1. Required Technical Skills

- 25 years of experience developing with Tableau.

- Strong knowledge of

- Interactive dashboards

- LOD expressions

- Table calculations

- Energetic parameters and filters

- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- Understanding of data modelling principles

- Experience managing Tableau Server

1. Required Functional Skills

- Strong understanding of end-to-end data workflows, including ETL processes, data transformation, and integration with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to extract, model, and translate complex business data into meaningful reporting and analytics solutions.

Proven ability to design and deliver business-focused reporting solutions by aligning data models, warehouse structures, and visualization requirements to support enterprise-level decision-making.

- Design and develop advanced, interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau Desktop to support business decision-making.

- Publish, administer, and manage content on Tableau Server, ensuring data governance, security, and optimal performance.
- Model, integrate, and transform data from ERP systems, relational databases, and enterprise data warehouses to build scalable and reliable BI solutions.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain efficient SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data extraction requirements.

1. Preferred Education

- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in Business Intelligence or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) are considered an advantage.
