About the role:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Contractor Role will provide operational support across recruitment and hiring processes with a primary focus on background verification, pre-joining activities, onboarding coordination, reporting, data analysis, and TA support. This contract role supports the candidate-to-start lifecycle by ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and timely execution across hiring workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced in recruitment operations, comfortable working with complex data and Excel, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced environment.

About the role and what youll be doing:

- Initiate, coordinate, and track background verification (BGV) activities for new hires and contingent workers in partnership with external vendors; monitor status, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure timely completion.
- Review and validate background verification results across multiple parameters (employment history, education, address verification, court and database checks); update final BGV status and manage candidate communications prior to start date.
- Investigate and resolve BGV discrepancies, escalating and providing guidance to Talent Acquisition and CPE stakeholders as required.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable local labor regulations; maintain accurate, audit ready documentation and ensure all BGV confirmations are properly uploaded and recorded in Ensono systems.
- Manage pre onboarding and candidate engagement activities, including document collection, offer acceptance tracking, and system readiness for new hires.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with HR, IT, Payroll,



and Hiring Managers; ensure onboarding data is accurately entered into ATS and HR systems; act as a point of contact for candidates during the pre joining and onboarding phase.
- Support contingent workforce operations, including documentation management, coordination with Hiring Managers and external staffing vendors, onboarding and offboarding of contractors and consultants, tenure tracking, and compliance record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support contract initiation, extensions, and terminations; initiate hire records in Greenhouse and/or Workday and maintain accurate contract end date documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Talent Acquisition operational reports, including hiring metrics, onboarding status, background check turnaround times, headcount, and contingent workforce data.
- Perform data analysis using advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards); ensure data accuracy across systems and provide insights and trend analysis to support Talent Acquisition leadership.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Operations, or HR Operations
- Demonstrated experience managing background checks, pre joining activities, and onboarding processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting
- Hands on experience working with ATS and HR systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting or interacting with contingent workforce processes
