Position Overview

Vensure Employer Solutions is modernizing its reporting landscape by migrating from the legacy Izenda embedded reporting platform to a cloud-native reporting solution (Sigma / Report Center) built on a cloud data warehouse.

The Data Engineer

Reporting will play a central role in this transition: understanding how legacy Izenda reports are built, rebuilding and validating them on the current platform, and engineering the underlying data so that reporting is accurate, performant, and secure throughout the migration and beyond.

This is a hands-on, SQL-first role. The successful candidate will combine mandatory, deep SQL expertise with strong data engineering fundamentals, advanced Excel capability, and a practical understanding of how business reporting works end to end from requirement to data source to published report. Prior experience executing or supporting a BI/reporting platform migration is highly valued.
