Job Title System Support Staff Required Number 1 Qualification Any UG or PG with basic knowledge in IT or Certication in IT

- Provide technical support and assistance to staff and students for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Perform system setup, software installation, updates, and regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.




- Monitor computer systems and laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning and availability.
- Provide support during laboratory sessions, online classes, examinations, and other academic activities.
- Setting up and managing audio-visual (AV) equipment—including wireless microphones, digital mixing consoles and video conferencing setups for hybrid guest lectures.
- IT Asset Inventory: Keeping an accurate log of all technical assets—desktops, laptops, license keys, and network components
