Position: System Requirement

JD_System Requirement Engineer:

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-8 yrs

Responsibilities

- Build the Product System Requirement Specification
- Work together with the team members of all departments: Test engineers, Software Engineers, Hardware engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Requirements Management Engineer, etc.
- Ensure requirements completion as per plan in agreement with the stakeholders (e.g. Software Team Leader, Hardware Team Leader, Mechanical Team Leader, System Test Leader, ...)
- Analyze the requirements assigned, clarify unclear requirements.
- Atomize and derive System Requirements based on the accepted Stakeholder requirements.
- Identify whether requirements are functional or non-functional and possible environmental impact
- Resolve Requirement Defects
- Impact analysis of Product Change Requests from Customer
- Definition of System Safety Requirements (derived from Functional Safety Concept), including necessary Safety Mechanisms and Secure States.
- Traceability at System-level work products related to functional safety
- Definition of System Cybersecurity Requirements (derived from Cybersecurity Concept).
- Traceability at System-level work products related to cybersecurity

Skills:

- Knowledge of the System Requirements Engineering procedures.
- Knowledge of the traceability procedures.
- Knowledge of System Requirements writing methodology and best practices
- Automotive systems development experience, preferably in products like PDB, BCM, ZCM, BDU.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive communication-related technologies: Ethernet, CAN/CANFD, LIN, FLEXRAY, SPI, I2C, UART




- CPRE certification will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Diagnostic specifications. Example: UDS, KWP
- Knowledge of electrical characteristics of HW components (for e.x. Driver ICs, SBC, MOSFETs, SPOC etc...)
- Hands on experience with Requirements management tools (e.x. DOORS)
- Hands on experience with Change management tools used (e.x. JIRA)
- Hands on experience with problem resolution tools used (e.x. JIRA)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills within global footprinted organizations.
- Analytic thinking, empathy, communication skills, Conflict Resolution skills, Moderation skills, self-confident and persuasiveness
- Knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard
- Knowledge of the ISO 21434 standard
- Knowledge of the FMEA, FTA, DFA, DFMEA

Tools: DOORS, Enterprise Architect, APIS-IQ, SVN, JIRA

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/E&TC; Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Requirement Engineering.

Certification: CPRE Foundation Level

Position : AAOS Audio Middleware Engineer

Android Automotive (AAOS) Audio Middleware Engineer in Pune location.

Experience : 4-10yrs

We are looking for an experienced AAOS Audio Middleware Engineer with strong expertise in the Android Audio ecosystem.

? Key Skills

- Android Audio Framework (AudioFlinger, Audio Policy, Routing, Focus)
- Car Audio Framework (Car Audio Service, Multi-Zone, Concurrency)
- Audio integration: Bluetooth (A2DP/HFP), USB, Radio, Android Auto, CarPlay, TTS.
- Audio HAL development, DSP integration, routing & tuning
- Voice processing (AEC, NR, Beamforming, Mic arrays)
- Linux Audio (ALSA, TinyALSA, codecs, PCM/I2S/TDM)
- Debugging: latency, glitches, routing issues (Logcat, Dumpsys, kernel logs)

? Tech Stack C, C++, Java | AIDL, HIDL | AAOS, Android Framework, Linux

✅ Strong experience in end-to-end automotive audio

(Framework ↔ HAL ↔ DSP ↔ Linux) required.
