Role Description The System Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems and infrastructure. Day-to-day activities include monitoring system performance, performing preventative maintenance, and resolving technical issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, deployments, and integrations, while adhering to security and compliance standards.

The System

Engineer will also document configurations, create runbooks,



and provide technical support and guidance to internal users and stakeholders. Participation in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives is a core part of this position.

Qualifications

- Robust Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills to plan, implement, and optimize complex infrastructure solutions.
- Hands-on experience with System Administration, including configuration, monitoring, patching, and security of servers and related systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, resolve, and prevent system and network issues.
- Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server) and virtualization or cloud platforms is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python) to streamline system tasks.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
