Job Summary:

We are looking for a System Administrator L1 with 2-3 years of IT support experience to provide first-level technical support, manage Microsoft 365 services, perform onboarding/offboarding activities, and troubleshoot end-user issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID.

- Administer Microsoft 365 licenses, mailbox access, and groups.

- Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

- Perform onboarding, offboarding, and asset management activities.

- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, software, and hardware issues.

- Resolve printer and scanner-related issues.

- Assist with Intune device enrollment and basic device management.

- Handle basic networking issues, including connectivity and site outage troubleshooting.

- Follow ticketing processes, maintain SLA compliance, and document resolutions.

- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.

Required Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administration.





- Positive spoken and written English communication skills.

- Strong desktop and user support troubleshooting skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.

- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Site Outage troubleshooting).

- Basic Intune administration knowledge.

- Experience troubleshooting printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.

- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of MSP (Managed Service Provider) tools and processes.

- Knowledge of NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar tools.

- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900) are a plus.
