The System Administrator role at Hartek Group requires a skilled professional with expertise in troubleshooting, networking, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should possess solid problem-solving abilities and be proficient in resolving technical issues efficiently. Preferably, the candidate should be a local resident, familiar with the regional context and dynamics, enabling effective support and collaboration within the organization's operational environment.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

- Troubleshooting Expertise: Take ownership of resolving technical issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maximizing system uptime.
- Network Management: Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of the company's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and data transfer across all systems and locations.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and updates of IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related queries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and offering guidance on best practices for IT usage.
- Local Coordination: Act as a liaison between the IT department and local stakeholders, understanding their specific needs and requirements, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of IT activities, including troubleshooting logs, network configurations,



and user support interactions. Generate regular reports on IT performance and metrics for management review.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on IT tools, processes, and security protocols, promoting a culture of awareness and competence in IT usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of IT systems and services, implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support services and negotiate contracts and service level agreements as needed.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to IT operations, security, and data privacy.
- By fulfilling these responsibilities and delivering on key objectives, the System Administrator contributes to the smooth functioning of Hartek Group's IT infrastructure and supports the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Qualification & Other Requirements:

- Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills in IT.
- Relevant Experience: Preferably, have practical experience in troubleshooting, network configuration, and system maintenance, showcasing competence in handling IT tasks for 2-3 years not less than that.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Exhibit a problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and proactively seek solutions to technical issues as they arise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
