- Infrastructure Management:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (such as Windows Server and Linux), physical hardware, and virtual environments .

- Security &

- Access Control:

Manage user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication while applying regular patches and security updates.

- Backup &

- Disaster Recovery:

Design, execute, and test data backup plans and recovery procedures to protect against system failures or cyberattacks.

- System Monitoring &

- Troubleshooting:

Monitor server health, analyze system logs, and resolve hardware, software, or network issues to prevent downtime.

- End-User Support &

- Documentation:

Provide tier-three technical support, onboard/offboard employee accounts, and maintain internal documentation or wikis.

- Automation &

- Scripting:

Write scripts (using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Perl) to automate routine maintenance and system provisioning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
