Le Spa Wellness powered by Nova Nexaa is looking for a qualified and experienced Swimming Pool Coach / Trainer to join our wellness team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct swimming lessons for beginners and experienced swimmers.
- Develop training programs based on individual fitness and swimming abilities.
- Teach proper swimming techniques, strokes, breathing and water safety.
- Supervise members and guests while using the swimming pool.
- Ensure pool safety rules and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Conduct basic water-safety and rescue awareness training.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming setting for guests and members.
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide appropriate guidance.
- Coordinate with the wellness and fitness team when required.

Requirements
- Certified swimming coach/trainer preferred.
- Previous experience as a swimming coach or trainer.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and pool safety.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- First Aid/CPR certification will be an advantage.
- Professional, responsible and safety-conscious approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
