Job Title - Surface Grinding Location: Kochi Department: Tool Room / Manufacturing Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience: 1–5 Years Key Responsibilities ✔ Operate and set up surface grinding machines for precision grinding operations ✔ Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications ✔ Grind moulds, dies, inserts, punches, plates, and tooling components to specified tolerances ✔ Ensure dimensional accuracy, flatness, parallelism, and superior surface finish. ✔ Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments. ✔ Select and dress grinding wheels based on material and application requirements ✔ Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and preventive machine maintenance.
