We are hiring Support Executives for an International Non-Voice Process – Chat & Email Support. The role involves handling customer queries through live chat and email, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate and timely resolutions, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through Live Chat and Email Support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Handle multiple customer chats efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Respond to customer emails using clear and professional communication.
- Research and verify relevant information before responding.
- Create and update support tickets as required.
- Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and customer support guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and confidentiality.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong grammar, spelling,



and English comprehension.
- Good computer and internet knowledge.
- Good typing speed and accuracy; 45 WPM preferred.
- Comfortable working with multiple applications and browser tabs.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Candidates with an e-commerce background/experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent written communication skills can also apply.
