About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused support executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide timely support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and other support channels.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic product-related issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant internal team.
- Follow up on unresolved customer queries and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues.
- Coordinate with technical, product, and other internal teams when required.
- Collect customer feedback and share significant issues with the relevant teams.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.




- Stay updated with product features, updates, and processes.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Willingness to learn new tools, products, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SaaS or AI-based products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or support tools is a plus.
