Key Responsibilities: Installation, configuration troubleshooting of CCTV, NVR/DVR and Access Control systems. Hands-on experience in ELV/Low Voltage systems and structured cabling. Troubleshoot LAN, switches, routers, IP addressing and network connectivity.
Handle site visits, preventive maintenance and customer technical support. Coordinate with project teams and customers for issue resolution. Prepare basic service/site reports. 3+ years of relevant experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV/Low Voltage Networking.
Diploma/ITI/B.Tech/B.E. in relevant technical field. Positive troubleshooting and communication skills. Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
