We are looking for a Buyer to manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier activities across multiple distribution centres. The role focuses on maintaining the right stock levels, ensuring on-time customer deliveries, managing purchase/work orders, and resolving supply or supplier issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels to support customer demand and on-time delivery.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and work orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers on availability, delivery dates, and delays.
- Track and update POs and communicate issues to internal teams.
- Expedite or adjust supplier deliveries based on customer requirements.
- Review demand forecasts by SKU and work with relevant teams to improve accuracy.
- Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data, including costs, lead times, and bills of material.
- Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and coordinate issues with non-conforming materials.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in buying,



procurement, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Experience managing purchase orders and suppliers.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain processes.
- Ability to manage inventory and support on-time delivery.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
