Job Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive with an engineering background to manage and coordinate healthcare-related procurement, inventory, vendor management, logistics, and material planning activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and an understanding of healthcare products, equipment, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and supply chain activities for medical equipment, healthcare products, consumables, and technical materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, hospitals, distributors, and internal teams.
- Source quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of medical supplies and equipment.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, and pending materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain records of suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, stock, and delivery schedules.
- Support demand planning and forecasting based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and Healthcare teams.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and supplier performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and healthcare procurement processes.




- Prepare regular reports related to procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Handle urgent healthcare material requirements and coordinate timely fulfillment.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Healthcare Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory & Logistics.
- Understanding of medical equipment, healthcare products, or consumables will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
- Robust vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and requirements simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. in Biomedical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Healthcare Supply Chain, Medical Equipment Procurement, Hospital Procurement, Purchase, or Operations.
- Freshers with relevant engineering projects/internships in healthcare or supply chain may also be considered.

Preferred
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare companies, medical equipment suppliers, or pharmaceutical/medical-device organizations.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare consumables.
- Experience with ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
- Understanding of vendor management and procurement documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
