Job Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities, including procurement coordination, inventory management, order processing, logistics, and timely movement of materials. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, material availability, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, delivery schedules, stock records, and related documentation.
- Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Follow up with transporters and logistics partners regarding shipments and delivery status.
- Monitor pending orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain accurate supply chain records and prepare regular MIS reports.




- Support inventory planning and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed terms.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Assist in improving supply chain processes, reducing delays, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, or operations.

Pay: ₹10,168.94 - ₹27,195.22 per month
