Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for our skincare and beauty product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective supply strategy that ensures optimum cost, quality, inventory levels, timely availability of products, and smooth coordination with manufacturers and suppliers, while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies for skincare, cosmetic, and beauty products.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strong long-term relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, packaging vendors, and raw-material suppliers.
- Manage the complete purchase-to-delivery cycle, including purchase orders, order confirmation, production follow-ups, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers for production planning, batch schedules, product availability, and timely dispatches.
- Procure raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, labels, bottles, cartons, and other required materials as per business requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability while minimizing overstocking, stock-outs, and inventory holding costs.
- Prepare and monitor purchase plans based on sales forecasts, product demand, inventory levels, and business requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers on pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time,



quality, and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on cost, quality, lead time, service, reliability, and timely delivery.
- Monitor production and shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or supply-related issues.
- Coordinate with R&D;/Product Development, Quality, Production, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth product launches and replenishment.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for new product development and product launches.
- Maintain proper records of vendors, purchase orders, quotations, pricing, lead times, inventory, and deliveries.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, better sourcing, and supply chain efficiency.
- Support quality-related coordination with vendors to ensure materials and finished products meet the required specifications.
- Track market trends, supplier capabilities, and alternate sourcing opportunities to reduce supply risks.
- Develop contingency and alternate supplier plans for critical raw materials and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement processes and applicable quality and documentation requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory, pending orders, supplier performance, production status, and supply risks.

Qualifications & Skills




- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchase, or operations.
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or beauty products will be preferred.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, packaging vendors, or third-party manufacturers will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and influencing skills.
- Good understanding of procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers, orders, and timelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or third-party/contract manufacturing will be preferred, especially those who have handled procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, vendor negotiations, production coordination, and inventory planning.
