Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, dispatch and delivery.

- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams and internal departments.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

- Plan and coordinate material movement and transportation.

- Track purchase orders, deliveries and supplier commitments.

- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials/products.

- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

- Maintain accurate inventory and supply chain records.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores, Accounts and other departments.

- Handle supplier and transporter follow-ups and resolve delivery-related issues.

- Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, procurement,



logistics and supply chain performance.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate .

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement / Warehouse operations.

- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.

- Candidates currently working in manufacturing or chemical industries will be preferred.
