The role in one line

Own our daily supply chain end to end — make sure every client order is placed on time, every supplier delivers in full, and our own and extended network of partner farms grows reliably. You are the single person accountable for supply never failing a client.

What you will own

- Daily order coordination — consolidate client demand, check against stock, and place orders with supplier and partner farms on time, every day, with zero missed hand-offs.
- Supplier accountability — hold every extedend farm to agreed terms, quantity, quality and the 20-hour advance-notice rule on any shortfall. A supply gap that reaches a client is a failure to prevent.
- Stock & delivery coordination — work with the prep/delivery team so the right produce is received, checked, and dispatched to the right client in the right window.
- Extended farm onboarding — find,



qualify and onboard recent partner farms: written terms, quality spec, quality-deduction clause, and InnoSense monitoring on every farm (non-negotiable — no monitoring, no partnership).
- Supply reliability & cost — reduce wastage and rejections, ensure suppliers deliver to our facility at their cost, and keep our cost-to-serve in check.

Core KPIs

- Zero missed-order incidents to clients — the primary measure.
- 100% advance-notice compliance — every supplier shortfall flagged ≥18 hours ahead, never on the morning of dispatch.
- 4–6 partner farms onboarded with written terms and InnoSense monitoring.
- Wastage / rejection below 10% from receiving to dispatch.
- No purchase above selling price without founder approval.

What you must bring

- Supply chain / procurement / farm-ops experience — you have coordinated suppliers and deliveries where being on time mattered to a business.
- Supplier negotiation & accountability — you can hold a supplier firmly to terms and still keep the relationship.
- Fresh produce handling awareness — you understand quality, grading and cold-chain basics (a plus, trainable).
- Ownership mindset — you surface a problem you have already begun solving, and you flag risk early, not after it has cost us.
