Ayka Medical is a manufacturer of sterilization packaging and monitoring products, supplying hospitals across India. We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Operations Executive to coordinate inventory, purchasing, factory production, logistics and day-to-day movement of materials.

The role will involve working closely with vendors, factory, logistics partners, dispatch and internal teams to ensure materials are available on time and every movement is properly tracked.

Key Responsibilities -

Supply Chain & Inventory

- Monitor inventory levels and identify upcoming material requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate physical stock reconciliation.
- Track stock across office, factory, incoming purchases and customer dispatches.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and highlight potential shortages in advance.
- Track slow-moving, damaged, sample, FOC and challan-based stock.

- Purchase & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate purchase requirements based on inventory and upcoming orders.
- Follow up with vendors on POs, production, dispatch and delivery timelines.
- Track pending purchase orders and expected delivery dates.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding shortages, delays and discrepancies.
- Maintain purchase and material tracking records.

Factory & Production Coordination

- Coordinate factory orders based on sales and inventory requirements.
- Ensure correct product number, specifications, quantity and lot requirements are communicated.
- Track production status and expected completion dates.
- Coordinate movement of finished goods from factory to stock location.
- Maintain a clear tracker of pending factory orders.

Logistics & Dispatch

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics partners.




- Track material from vendor → Ayka and Ayka → customer.
- Maintain docket/tracking details and follow up on delayed shipments.
- Coordinate daily dispatch requirements with the dispatch team.
- Ensure timely delivery and provide shipment status updates internally.

MIS & Process Control

- Maintain supply chain trackers for purchase, inventory, factory orders and logistics.
- Provide regular updates on pending materials, shortages, delayed shipments and upcoming requirements.
- Identify gaps in the supply chain and proactively escalate issues.
- Ensure all material movements and transactions are properly recorded in the relevant system.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse or operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing, trading, medical devices, pharma or B2B environment preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with Tally Prime, ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
- Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.
- Positive understanding of purchase orders, inventory, logistics and material planning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors, shipments, factory orders and internal requirements simultaneously.

This is a hands-on supply chain and operations role with significant responsibility for keeping Ayka's material flow organized and predictable.
