Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Process inventory transfers and stock movement transactions.
2. Coordinate with branch warehouses and showrooms to plan inventory based on business requirements

and forecasts.
1. Plan and schedule truck movements between Hub-to-Hub and Hub-to-Spoke warehouses.
2. Coordinate with trucking companies and third-party delivery providers for stock transfers and drop

shipments.
1. Monitor and ensure that no inventory transfers remain pending for more than 10 days.
2. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse personnel to facilitate the processing of damaged and

defective merchandise.
1. Ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory to support business operations.
2. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
3. Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance

to ensure smooth inventory movement and order fulfillment.
1. Generate and analyze WMS reports to monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and operational

performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be a Graduate or above with about 1 4 years of experience in a QA/QC for any transaction

based process, specialization in the Order Management is preferred.
1. The Candidate should have an ability to multi-task, prioritize and be open to learning new tasks.
2. The candidate must be positive with numbers and should know MS-Excel usage with standard use of excel

functionality.
1. The Candidate should be a quick learner and must be able to switch between tasks.
2. The incumbent must have a logical approach must be curious by nature.
3. The Candidate should have the ability to focus on the business policies with attention to detail and

quality of service.
1. The candidate must have excellent PC skills with a decent typing speed and should be well versed with

MS Outlook.
1. Must be flexible with night shift and be prepared to take ownership of the task assigned with minimal

supervision.
1. The Candidate should have an ability to multi-task, prioritize and be open to learning new tasks.
