We're looking for a Supply Chain Executive who loves structure, builds strong vendor relationships, and ensures the right products reach the right place at the right time

What You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day purchasing for kitchen, bakery, retail, packaging, and operations.
- Generate and track purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Compare quotations and negotiate the best value while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Source recent vendors and products aligned with The Fresh Factory's quality philosophy.




- Work closely with chefs and department heads for procurement planning.
- Ensure proper documentation, invoices, GRNs, and purchase records.
- Monitor pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain high vendor accountability for quality, consistency, and timelines.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (F&B;, hospitality, retail, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable with Excel and inventory/POS systems.
