Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and hands-on Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the Roto Gravure Printing and Lamination Plant. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, coordination with the shop floor team, monitoring production activities, and maintaining accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day floor operations of the Roto Gravure and Lamination Plant.
- Plan and schedule lamination production according to production requirements and priorities.
- Prepare and manage Roto Gravure printing production plans.
- Coordinate with operators and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor production activities and ensure that work is carried out as per the planned schedule.
- Maintain proper production data and daily production records.
- Perform timely data entry of production quantities, machine output, wastage, and other relevant production details.
- Monitor machine utilization, production output, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding raw materials, production schedules, and job requirements.
- Identify production-related issues on the shop floor and escalate them to the concerned senior.
- Ensure proper discipline,



housekeeping, and adherence to safety practices on the production floor.
- Prepare and share daily/periodic production reports as required.
- Support the Production Manager/Plant Head in achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Roto Gravure Printing and/or Lamination Plant.
- Experience in production supervision and floor management.
- Good understanding of Roto Gravure and Lamination production processes.
- Ability to prepare and execute production plans.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production data entry.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers/operators and handle day-to-day shop-floor activities.
- Robust sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in Roto Gravure Printing / Lamination / Flexible Packaging manufacturing.
