We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with the team, and ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently and on time. The candidate should be capable of handling people, maintaining discipline, and coordinating with different departments whenever required.

Key Responsibilities The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily work activities and ensuring that tasks are completed according to the required standards and timelines. The role will involve managing and coordinating team members, assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring attendance and punctuality, and ensuring proper discipline at the workplace.

The candidate will monitor the team's performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate with the concerned manager or department for timely resolution. They will also ensure proper handling of company materials, equipment, and other assets and report any damage, shortage, or operational issue to management.





The Supervisor will maintain daily records and reports related to work, attendance, productivity, and other assigned activities. They will also ensure that all instructions given by management are properly communicated and followed by the team.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team-handling role.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to assign work and monitor team performance.
- Good understanding of daily operational activities.
- Solid sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting will be preferred.
- Experience in the electrical, manufacturing, wires & cables, or related industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
