Roles and Responsibilities

- Implement SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Provide technical expertise on Employee Central, including data migration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized learning strategies using SuccessFactors' platform.

- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on the usage of implemented LMS solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues related to LMS implementation, data management, and user access.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in implementing SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) solutions.

- Solid understanding of Employee Central module, including data migration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

- Experience working with various integrations such as SAP HCM, SharePoint, etc. .

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
