SUBJECT TEACHER

Subjects: Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct engaging lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic plan.

- Deliver concepts clearly using appropriate teaching methodologies, examples, activities, and practical applications.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other academic resources.

- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide timely and constructive feedback.

- Identify students’ learning needs and provide appropriate remedial teaching and academic support.

- Encourage analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and scientific approach among students.

- Conduct and supervise practical activities/laboratory work wherever applicable, while ensuring proper safety procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, academic progress, and other required documentation.

- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

- Use appropriate digital tools and educational technology to enhance the teaching-learning process.

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and school management regarding academic matters.

- Participate in examinations,



invigilation, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.

- Collaborate with colleagues and the academic team to achieve departmental and institutional goals.

- Stay updated with curriculum developments, subject knowledge, and contemporary teaching methodologies.

- Perform other academic and institutional responsibilities assigned by the Principal or Head of Department.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school/junior college preferred.

- Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.

- Good communication, classroom-management, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.

- Candidates with CBSE/ICSE/State Board or relevant curriculum experience will be preferred.

- NET/SET/TET qualification, wherever applicable, will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
