Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide expertise on SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning Management (LMS), and other related modules.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using SuccessFactors products.

- Implement, configure, and customize SuccessFactors modules such as LMS to meet client needs.

- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to SuccessFactors implementation projects.

- Develop training materials and provide guidance to clients on how to use the implemented solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 9-14 years of experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting HR software applications like SuccessFactors Employee Central & Learning Management (LMS).

- Robust understanding of cloud-based HR systems integration with third-party applications.

- Experience working with various stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and vendors during implementations.
