Our production ecosystem spans music recording, music production, podcast production, audio engineering, cinematography, video production, post-production, content creation and platform distribution. We work with artists, musicians, creators, founders, brands, institutions and organisations to create work that can be experienced, shared and preserved.

The Role

We are looking for a Studio Manager who understands the world of music and creative production and can ensure that the studio operates smoothly from pre-production through production and post-production.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with artists, creators, production teams and clients, while also having a strong understanding of studio workflows, equipment and day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a recording studio, production house, music studio, podcast studio or similar creative environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Basic understanding of studio operations and production workflows
- Understanding of how pre-production, production and post-production work
- Working knowledge of studio equipment and recording setups
- Good understanding of audio recording and music production
- Strong interest and knowledge of music
- Ability to coordinate recording sessions, shoots and production schedules




- Ability to communicate effectively with artists, clients, technicians and internal teams
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and sessions simultaneously

Communication:

- Fluent English and Hindi is mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, confident and client-friendly approach

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Coordinate studio bookings, sessions, schedules and production requirements
- Ensure equipment, rooms and production spaces are ready before every session
- Coordinate with artists, clients, producers, engineers, cinematographers and post-production teams
- Understand and manage the workflow across pre-production, production and post-production
- Maintain studio equipment, inventory and operational requirements
- Ensure smooth execution of recording sessions, shoots and productions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintain a professional and welcoming studio environment
- Identify operational issues and resolve them efficiently
- Help ensure every client and artist has a seamless studio experience

Compensation
