Role Description The Student Recruitment Partner is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying, engaging, and supporting prospective students interested in international education opportunities. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves conducting outreach through online channels, responding to inquiries, and guiding students through counseling sessions to understand their academic goals and suitable study destinations.

Partner will coordinate with university partners to share program information, plan virtual events or webinars, and support students with application and documentation requirements.



This role includes maintaining accurate records of student interactions, tracking applications, and ensuring timely communication at each stage of the recruitment process. The position also contributes to digital marketing and social media activities to increase awareness of study abroad options and Centrum Edu’s services.

Qualifications

- Experience in student counseling, advising, or recruitment, particularly for study abroad or higher education programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and provide clear guidance to diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements for key destinations such as Germany, Europe, the UK, and Australia.
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency in online communication tools, CRM or student management systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet timelines for applications and documentation.
- Experience in basic digital outreach or marketing activities, such as social media engagement, webinars, or online events, is beneficial.
- Attention to detail and robust organizational skills to handle application forms, SOPs, and supporting documents accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, international relations, or business is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical counseling practices and a student-centric approach to guidance and decision-making.
