Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities

- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

- Understand students' interests and career goals

- Explain course structure, fees, eligibility, and advantages

- Follow up with prospective students and parents

- Convert enquiries and leads into admissions

- Maintain accurate student and follow-up details in CRM

- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams

- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in Malayalam

- Basic English communication skills

- Good counselling and convincing skills

- Friendly and professional attitude

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

- Previous experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales is an advantage

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
