Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Designer / Detailer IPP with 3-6 years of experience in structural detailing of industrial, oil & gas and process plant structures. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D, with exposure to 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit or CADISON.

The role involves detailed drafting and modelling of RCC and structural steel structures, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, preparation of construction drawings and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

- Experience in structural detailing of industrial and oil & gas structures.
- Solid hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D.
- Experience in RCC / concrete structural detailing.
- Preparation of formwork and reinforcement drawings.
- Experience with tanks, grade slabs, RCC buildings and equipment foundations.
- Experience in structural steel GA drawings and detailing.
- Exposure to sheds, platforms, pipe racks and steel buildings.
- Knowledge of structural steel connections and detailing.
- Exposure to AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, CADISON or other 3D modelling software will be an advantage.
- Experience working on Indian, American and European projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of working with SI and Imperial units.
- Ability to coordinate with other engineering disciplines and clients for drawing approvals.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects within defined timelines without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural detailing for RCC and steel structures.
- Prepare detailed drawings for major structural elements of industrial structures.
- Prepare formwork, reinforcement and structural steel drawings.
- Develop GA drawings and detailed structural drawings for pipe racks, platforms,



sheds and steel buildings.
- Prepare and update 3D models and support clash resolution.
- Prepare BOQ / quantity estimation based on drawings.
- Ensure proper interface and coordination with other engineering disciplines.
- Incorporate client comments, instructions and design changes into drawings/models.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers and other stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Continuously update the project team on drawing/model progress and issues.
- Take ownership of team/project delivery and maintain drawing quality.
- Participate in site visits and measurements whenever required.
