The Role

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Bath & Kitchen to join our Procurement team. The role will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing, supplier development, cost leadership, quality, supply reliability, and procurement excellence across the Bath & Kitchen category.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead Strategic Sourcing for Bath & Kitchen and report sourcing performance to the Head of Procurement
- Identify and develop the right suppliers aligned with business strategy and product portfolio requirements
- Drive cost leadership through effective negotiations, commercial terms, and supplier contracts
- Ensure supplier quality adherence as per defined quality standards
- Own the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle with suppliers
- Drive Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives and deliver targeted savings
- Own procurement performance across cost, supply reliability, quality, and supplier compliance
- Lead the digitization agenda for sourcing and procurement processes
- Collaborate closely with Category Management, Quality,



Supply Planning, and Finance teams for effective sourcing decisions

What We Are Looking For

Functional

- Strong experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement
- Experience in Bath & Kitchen / Sanitaryware / Faucets / Building Materials or related categories
- Strong supplier identification, development, negotiation, and management skills
- Experience in cost reduction, commercial negotiations, and contract management
- Understanding of supplier quality, supply reliability, and compliance
- Hands-on exposure to Procure-to-Pay processes
- Experience in VA/VE and cost optimization
- Exposure to procurement digitization and data-driven sourcing

Behavioural

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially driven with strong analytical abilities
- Strategic and structured approach to supplier management
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities and deliver within timelines

Our Ideal Match

- Experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement
- Relevant experience in Bath & Kitchen, Faucets, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, or related industries
- Proven track record in cost leadership, supplier management, and negotiations
- Experience managing supplier quality, supply reliability, and compliance
- Robust understanding of P2P and VA/VE
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Category, Quality, Supply Planning, and Finance
