Role Description The Structural Design Engineer will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, contributing to the analysis and design of various steel and concrete structures across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include performing structural analysis, developing detailed design calculations, preparing design drawings and models using CAD tools, and coordinating with architects, project managers, and site engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with relevant codes and standards.



The role involves reviewing project specifications, optimizing structural systems for safety and cost-effectiveness, and supporting the preparation of technical documentation and reports. The engineer will also assist in resolving design-related queries during construction and participate in internal design reviews to maintain quality and consistency across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge and practical experience in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and AutoCAD.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant design codes and standards (e.g., IS codes or equivalent).
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, prepare design documentation, and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure structural design projects is advantageous.
