Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in retail store operations or management.
- Proven track record of success in controlling shrinkage rates and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for improved performance.
