About the Job

We are hiring an experienced Store Manager to manage end-to-end retail store operations, sales, customer service, inventory, team management, and target achievement.

The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of retail/store management experience, strong sales and leadership skills, and experience managing a premium retail environment. Candidates from premium retail, luxury retail, lifestyle, kitchen, home improvement, furniture, appliances, or similar retail sectors are preferred.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong store operations, sales management, customer relationship management, visual merchandising, inventory management, POS/ERP, and MIS reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete store operations and daily activities.
- Drive sales, revenue, and monthly/annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Handle customer requirements, queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Drive conversion, customer footfall, and overall store performance.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and product displays.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, finance, and other internal teams.
- Monitor daily sales and prepare MIS, sales, and operational reports.
- Ensure accurate billing, documentation,



and cash-handling processes.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and local business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, operational procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer engagement, and store performance.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in Store Management / Retail Management.
- Proven experience in sales target achievement and team management.
- Strong knowledge of retail store operations and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with POS/ERP systems and MS Office.
- Ability to analyse sales data and prepare basic MIS reports.
- Customer-focused and commercially oriented approach.
- Experience in premium/luxury retail, kitchen, home improvement, lifestyle, furniture, appliances, or similar sectors will be preferred.
