Key Responsibilities Market Development: Develop and expand the Jio Point market in the assigned territory. Sales &

- Revenue: Achieve acquisition and revenue targets for the assigned territory.

Channel Development: Identify, onboard and develop channel partners.

Retailer Management: Service retailers as per the defined beat plan and ensure effective market coverage. Stock &

- Visibility: Ensure stock availability and product visibility across retail outlets.

Supply Chain: Maintain supply chain stability and ensure timely product availability.

Cash Management: Ensure daily cash collection and deposit as per company process.





Team Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance and take corrective actions where required. Training &

- Development: Train, coach and support team members and channel partners to improve productivity.

Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and operational guidelines.

Education RequiredGraduation degree in any discipline.

Experience Required 1–4 years of experience in Sales &

- Distribution.

Experience in telecom, FMCG, consumer durables or other distribution-led businesses will be an advantage.
