Role Description The Store Manager role at Myntra is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy. This role is responsible for meeting sales targets, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining a safe, well-organized store environment.

Manager coaches and supports team members, provides regular performance feedback, and drives engagement through clear communication and goal setting. The position also includes monitoring retail loss prevention measures, resolving customer concerns, preparing basic reports,



and coordinating with regional and corporate teams to implement store initiatives and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with an ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Store Management experience, covering daily operations, staff supervision, inventory oversight, and adherence to company policies.
- Clear and effective Communication skills, both spoken and written, to coordinate with team members, leadership, and customers.
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage, enforcing security protocols, and promoting compliance.
- Proven experience in retail or fashion/lifestyle stores, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to work in office in Indore, manage rotating shifts, and handle peak business hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and retail systems (POS, inventory management, and reporting tools).
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
