We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store.

The Store

Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth and effective store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Lead, motivate, train, and manage the store team.

- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.

- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.

- Monitor stock receiving, transfers,



replenishment, and periodic stock counts.

- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor cash handling, billing, deposits, and daily store closing procedures.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports.

- Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, HR, and other departments as required.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained to company standards.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 16 years of experience in retail/store operations.
