Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store/outlet/branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Achieve sales, revenue and operational targets.

- Monitor staff attendance, manpower planning, duty allocation and productivity.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor cash handling, billing, stock, wastage and inventory control.

- Ensure proper product display, hygiene, food safety and 5S standards.

- Monitor daily sales, expenses, stock and operational reports.

- Control labour cost, wastage and operational expenses.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.

- Train, guide and motivate employees to improve performance.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with HR, Production,



Purchase, Accounts and other departments.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly outlet performance reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Diploma/+2 preferred.

- 38 years of relevant experience in food, sweets, bakery, QSR, restaurant or retail operations.

- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.

- Good knowledge of sales, inventory, manpower and customer handling.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced setting.

- Candidates with experience in multi-outlet operations will be preferred.
