Bhagwati Group is looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations at its Bhopal Rice Mill, ensuring proper availability, storage, issuance and control of plant materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage rice-mill stores, including packing materials, engineering spares, consumables, electrical items, tools and maintenance materials.
- Handle material inward, GRN, storage, issue and stock records with proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate physical vs. book/system stock and conduct regular stock verification.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for timely replenishment.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and materials for Production and Maintenance.
- Track slow-moving, excess and obsolete inventory and report the same to management.
- Maintain proper store discipline, housekeeping, material identification and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, Purchase,



Accounts and Dispatch.

Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of relevant Store/Inventory experience, preferably in a Rice Mill, Food Processing or Manufacturing setup.
- Hands-on experience with engineering spares and packing materials preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and basic ERP/Excel.
- Strong documentation, coordination and material-control skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at a plant/site-based location in Bhopal.

Key Requirement: We are looking for a practical, hands-on Store professional who understands the requirements of a running rice-mill operation, not just a general warehouse workplace. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
