Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing sales targets, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include delivering a high-quality customer experience, handling escalated customer inquiries, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, implementing retail loss prevention measures,



and preparing regular performance and sales reports.

The Store

Manager also supports training and development of store team members, fostering a collaborative, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to personalized, high-end client experiences.
- Interpersonal skills, including clear and professional Communication, to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Operational skills in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing sales, and overseeing day-to-day retail operations.
- Risk and security skills related to Retail Loss Prevention, including monitoring inventory, implementing safeguards, and addressing discrepancies.
- Prior experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or jewellery, with a track record of meeting sales and service goals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working with POS systems and basic reporting tools; numeracy skills for handling transactions and sales reports.
- Relevant education in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent qualified experience is also valued.
