Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and experienced Fashion & Store Lead to take complete ownership of the store and its day-to-day functioning. The role combines sales, team management, customer experience, styling and store operations, with a robust focus on achieving business targets and maintaining Bonsoir's premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the store's day-to-day operations and performance.
- Drive store sales and ensure achievement of monthly and individual targets.
- Lead, guide and motivate the store team to deliver strong customer service and sales performance.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalised styling and product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure the team has strong knowledge of Bonsoir's products, collections, fabrics, fits and styling.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement and product availability.
- Ensure merchandise is appropriately displayed, organised and replenished.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and grooming.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure their prompt and professional resolution.




- Track daily sales and store performance and share updates with the management team.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, styling, customer handling and sales.
- Ensure adherence to all store processes and operational standards.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
