Job Overview

Paragon Ventures Private Limited is looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to join our growing team in Kannur and Kozhikode, Kerala.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring the availability of materials required for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory operations efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as required.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock and maintain necessary records.
- Identify discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess stock and report them promptly.




- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Follow company procedures and inventory control standards.

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations will be preferred.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day operational responsibilities.
