Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for store-level

OTD, write-offs, customer complaints and attrition

- Monitor reports and take action to improve

OTD, write-offs, DER and complaints

- Ensure

GRN, PRN, cycle count and FEFO/expiry processes

- Basic understanding of store-level P&L;, cost and efficiency

- Ensure SOP and process compliance

- Monitor live dashboards and resolve operational bottlenecks

- Manage staff rosters

- Supervise, counsel and guide store employees

- Handle recognition, discipline, feedback and warnings
