Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive – Secondary Packaging Material to manage the receipt, storage, inventory, issuance, and reconciliation of secondary packaging materials in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in pharma stores/warehouse operations, computerized inventory management, material identification, stock maintenance, and proper warehouse documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and stock maintenance of secondary packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate computerized inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system stock.
- Handle and maintain stock of:
- Shippers / corrugated boxes
- Leaflets
- Trays
- Labels and other printed packaging materials
- Cartons and packing materials
- Other secondary packaging and consumable items
- Perform material checking and identification before receiving, storing, or issuing materials.
- Maintain proper batch-wise / item-wise stock records as applicable.
- Ensure proper storage, segregation, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Carry out regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Maintain the warehouse/godown in a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant condition.




- Ensure materials are stored in designated locations with proper identification and status labels.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, and other departments for material requirements and issuance.
- Maintain all required store records, registers, and documentation.
- Support internal and external GMP / regulatory audits and ensure store-related documentation is readily available.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and pharmaceutical GMP requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical stores/warehouse operations.
- Candidates with experience specifically in secondary packaging material stores will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of computerized inventory systems / ERP.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP and warehouse practices.
- Good understanding of stock reconciliation and physical inventory management.
- Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel and inventory/Busy Software
- Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
