Position: Store Executive Location: Bhilad nearby Vapi

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industries: Cosmetic

Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily stock records, receipts, and material issue entries.
- Manage inward & outward material movement with proper documentation (GRN, challan, invoices).
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct physical stock verification, and avoid stock shortages.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and update ERP/software.
- Track slow-moving, excess, and returned materials and report to management.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and systematic arrangement in store area.
- Handle all store transactions and stock updates in SAP (MM module).

Required Skills

- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Positive in communication.
- Knowledge of store operations & inventory control.
- Basic ERP/Excel/SAP handling.

Required Qualification:

- Any Graduation
