Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Executive to manage the complete stores operations, including material receiving, inspection coordination, inventory control, storage, material issue, documentation, and stock reconciliation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth material flow to Production, R&D;, Purchase and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Stores and Warehouse operations.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity against PO, invoice, delivery challan and GRN.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Quality teams for material inspection and acceptance.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, bin allocation and storage.
- Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards and inventory transactions.
- Issue materials to Production, R&D; and other departments against authorized material requisitions.
- Maintain proper documentation for Material Inward, Material Issue, Return, Transfer and Rejection.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and identify shortages, excess and slow-moving items.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices, wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for electronic, mechanical, plastic, packing and other components.
- Control non-moving, obsolete, rejected and damaged materials and maintain separate identification.




- Coordinate with Production and Purchase teams for material availability and shortages.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and 5S practices within the stores area.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to stock, inward, outward, shortages and inventory.
- Support internal audits, stock audits and statutory/customer audits.
- Ensure all store transactions are completed accurately and on time in the ERP/HRMS/Inventory system.
- Supervise Store Executives, Store Assistants and contract workers, if applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of inventory-related information.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce material loss, stock discrepancies and documentation errors.

Qualification

Diploma / Any Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience

- 36 years of experience in manufacturing / medical equipment / engineering / electronics / automotive industries.
- Experience handling electronic, electrical, mechanical, plastic and packing materials will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in ERP-based inventory management are preferred.
